  • Provide management and department heads with relevant key figures and information essential for the successful oversight of the company
  • Collaborate closely with the MHP Board and with our Hiring Managers to ideate recruitment strategies based on our company vision and mission
  • Manage the entire recruitment process — from initial outreach to ensuring candidates are hired and successfully onboarded
  • Take ownership of various recruiting processes
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and optimization strategies
  • Conduct active sourcing through social media platforms
  • Craft engaging job postings, and maintaining an up-to-date candidate database
  • Collaborate closely with our Hiring Managers to ideate recruitment strategies based on our company vision and mission
  • Enhance our local visibility and support our development strategy by creating a local company presence both online and offline, represent MHP at local and national recruiting and technology events
  • Collaborate closely with our Technical Leads to create junior development programs, such as internships and academies
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires through our MHP Starter Days and stay informed on the latest talent acquisition trends

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

  • Mature and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 8-10 years of recruiting experience, ideally in Business Services, SAP and/or Technology Consulting
  • University studies in Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or related field, are preferred
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English
  • Positive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong planning, organizing abilities, time management skills with a knack for problem-solving
  • Proven stakeholder management experience, ideally coming from consultancy environment

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
