The Talent Acquisition Service Advisor (TASA) provides end to end advisory and operational support across assigned stages of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle. The role partners closely with recruiters, vendor partners, Human Capital teams, and candidates to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of Talent Acquisition processes. The TASA plays a critical role in ensuring process reliability, governance adherence, and candidate readiness while enabling a scalable and high quality Talent Acquisition function across geographies. Primary Responsibilities: Independently manage end to end execution of assigned Talent Acquisition services (e.g., Candidate Experience, Background Verification, Offer Management, Accounts Payable activities) with sound judgment in standard and exception driven scenarios Provide advisory support to recruiters and fulfillment partners on processes, policies, service timelines, dependencies, and risk considerations across the TA lifecycle Ensure all data, documentation, and process steps are accurate, complete, and aligned to organizational, legal, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with recruiters & key stakeholders (HR Ops/Payroll, Total Rewards, Legal) to resolve risks, escalations, and exceptions Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with recruiters to ensure transparency across the TASA lifecycle Perform thorough quality checks to ensure first time right execution of role details, compensation components, and employment terms Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews Track, generate, and report service level metrics such as productivity, turnaround times, quality indicators, and exception trends Support standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives including SOP harmonization, automation, and reporting enhancements Effectively manage shifting workloads and priority changes in a fast paced, cross geo environment Proactively identify and flag compliance, governance, financial, or candidate experience risks before downstream impact Partner with vendor teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant completion of assigned deliverables Contribute to cross geo improvement initiatives including process stabilization, SOP harmonization, Quality/error reduction themes, automation & reporting enhancements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Graduate with 2+ years of hands-on experience Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition lifecycle processes and shared services delivery models Proficiency with ATS, BGV & HR systems (e.g., Taleo, Oracle, Hireright, FADV or equivalent platforms) Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint) Proven high attention to detail with solid audit, compliance, and risk orientation Proven stakeholder management and solution oriented advisory capability Proven ability to manage multiple cases or transactions in a deadline driven, cross geo environment Proven solid written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to operate independently with accountability & ownership At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
