This Position reports to: Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day Talent Acquisition support activities for one or several assigned country(ies)/business areas, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of these activities. You will also support the globally set standards for Talent Acquisition Services and ensure that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. Each day, you will support various parts of the Talent Acquisition process as demand requires. This includes, but is not limited to: posting job ads, screening candidates, interview scheduling, and other administrative tasks related to the talent acquisition process, attraction and brand activity. You will also showcase your expertise by consistently delivering high-quality, timely support while upholding global standards and local compliance in Talent Acquisition operations. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
