We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and methodical professional to join our industry-leading Marketing team. We are looking for a talented Talent Sourcer to join our growing team and support our hiring efforts across the company. In this role, you will report directly to our Talent Acquisition Lead and focus primarily on sourcing top talent for our open positions in Customer Success, GTM, and R&D. What you’ll do: Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, social media, communities, referrals, etc.). Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles. Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide market insights. Support the recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience. Requirements What we’re looking for: At least 3 years of hands-on sourcing experience in a SaaS organization. Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage talent across different functions (CS, GTM, R&D). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct professional phone interviews. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes – a significant advantage.
