About the role We’re looking for two xperienced Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist to join our Talent Attraction team on a 6 months fixed term basis. Working closely with the Child and Family Services team, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging, strategic and values driven recruitment process that puts candidates first.  Partnering with leaders, you will focus on attraction strategies, assessment of candidates and supporting onboarding whilst driving continuous improvement in line with compliance requirements.
