More about KMS Technology: Website: https://kms-technology.com Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/kms-technology Job Description Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement alignment with Hiring Managers, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, tracking hiring progress, and supporting the offer and onboarding process. Advertising opens jobs to attract candidates from both internal & external. Manage and maintain recruitment data within the ATS to ensure reporting accuracy. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track hiring performance and support data-driven decisions. Contribute to TA process and operational improvement initiatives, including AI-driven recruitment tools and automation projects. Proactively build a passive candidate pipeline to enlarge the Talent Pool. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, preferably within IT or outsourcing environments, with exposure to sourcing both technical and non-technical roles. Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing/headhunting skills and employer branding across platforms such as LinkedIn, ITViec, Facebook, IT communities, and niche talent groups. Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, with the ability to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a supportive mindset when working with cross-functional teams. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the IT talent market.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will also maintain recruitment data, generate performance reports, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
