SKILLS

  • Experience hiring within the Tech space
  • Solid experience of direct sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment advertising, including advert aggregation tools and other social media outlets.
  • Ability to think creatively and out of the box, around candidate sourcing strategies to access untapped talent
  • Recruitment agency management experience is essential
  • Familiarity with recruitment metrics, data analysis and reporting.
  • Some exposure and experience of Employer Value Propositions.
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships and create trust with hiring managers, keep candidates informed and engaged and manage and negotiate with agencies.
  • Able to flex and adapt talent plans and work with and through, ever evolving business priorities, reacting positively to change, and overcoming potential roadblocks
Responsibilities

The role of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to own and manage roles that are recruited at ENSEK. The job holder will create talent pipelines, both internal and external, work with stakeholders across multiple functional areas of the business, and plan and execute a number of critical Talent led projects.
They will take a lead role in recruitment systems management, data quality, referral schemes and the coaching and mentoring of new to recruitment hiring managers.
