As a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments. You are someone that can recruit various skill sets including marketing, sales, and operations but is also very well-versed in technical recruiting as our engineering team is a critical component to our company’s future growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting
  • 1+ years experience recruiting technical roles
  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity
  • A track record of subject matter expertise, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships
  • Self-motivated and focused on properly prioritizing your workload
  • Proven track record delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Dependability and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
  • This position is located in Austin, Texas

Responsibilities
  • Help manage full-cycle recruitment process for all teams at AffiniPay
  • Source and identify active and passive candidates by reviewing applications, contacting passive candidates, and attending recruiting/networking events
  • Manage candidates in process by screening applications, scheduling and coordinating interviews, gathering feedback, and communicating effectively with candidates in order to provide them with the best candidate experience
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process
  • Effectively educate candidates on AffiniPay and available opportunities; facilitate a positive and impactful experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking data and report on hiring results and recruitment metrics
  • Organize and participate in onsite and offsite recruitment events
  • Provide administrative support as needed
