Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, helping identify and attract top talent in the tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to job offer negotiation. Conducting phone and HR interviews Phone interview reviews. Collaborate with technical recruiting managers. Negotiate contracts with candidates. Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies. Maintain and expand our talent pipeline. Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in high-tech recruitment. Proven track record in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sales and marketing abilities. Experience in contract negotiation. In-depth understanding of diverse technologies across various high-tech development fields. Ability to understand and communicate technical job requirements.
