Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sourcing and screening candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and align candidate expectations.
  • Writing and posting engaging job ads, developing interview guides, and coordinating interviews.
  • Representing the company at career fairs and recruiting events.
  • Enhancing employer branding efforts across channels and liaising with educational institutions.
  • Managing all recruitment documentation including interview notes, offer letters, and reference checks.
  • Administering employee referral programs and supporting onboarding/orientation.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Skilled in ATS (TalentSoft a plus) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
  • Strong communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
  • Experience in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing (asset).
  • Knowledge of HR legislation; CHRP (asset).
  • Exposure to co-op/student programs and employer branding.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to diversity and inclusion.
