Now Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Hybrid – work between offices in Wauwatosa, WI and remote How You’ll Make an Impact Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, offers, and communication with candidates and hiring managers Partner with hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate assessment Use innovative sourcing methods and own key talent pools within our markets Assist with selection and rollout of new recruitment technologies Support a culture of quality, improvement, retention, and performance Build networks through associations, social media, and employee referrals What We’re Looking For 4-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with focus on candidate experience Strong initiative, judgment, and decision-making skills Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent organization, communication, and professionalism Team-oriented mindset with collaborative spirit Why Join ADVENT Culture rooted in excellence, team work and results 22 days of PTO (prorated first year) + paid holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance with employer-funded HRA 401(k) contribution Hybrid work model ADVENT Careers Website
