We are currently seeking an on-site, experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Clearwater, FL facility. What You'll Do: Develop innovative strategies to find exceptional candidates leveraging tech and traditional methods Collaboration to define needs and create job descriptions Champion a positive, engaging experience for every applicant Help us tell our story and attract talent that aligns with our mission What You'll Bring: 3-5+ years of solid recruiting experience with proven success in sourcing and hiring for both exempt and non-exempt roles Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and ATS (applicant tracking systems) Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills A proactive, results-driven mindset Must be able to work with ITAR products and related data without restriction The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performance by employees within this classification.
