• Manage overseas recruitment activities including selection, documentation, medical, visa processing and mobilization.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal HR/Admin teams for timely deployment of selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate trackers and ensure regular follow-up from selection until joining.
• Monitor manpower requirements and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.
• Prepare recruitment and mobilization reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records and overseas agency documentation.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable UAE labour requirements and company procedures.
• Handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE construction, infrastructure or contracting companies.
• Mandatory experience in blue-collar mass hiring and overseas recruitment.
• Strong experience in handling recruitment agencies and bulk manpower mobilization.
• Good knowledge of overseas recruitment, medical, visa and deployment processes.
• Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
