Highlight Mission You will support Breega’s Scaling Team in helping portfolio startups tackle key people and organizational challenges as they scale, working closely with founders, leadership teams, and HR leaders. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting portfolio startups in their recruitment processes (≈80% of the role): sourcing, hunting, candidate screening, interviews and assessments alongside founders and hiring managers, Helping startups strengthen their employer brand, identifying and proposing differentiating positioning to attract top talent, Measuring and analyzing recruitment and HR performance, identifying insights to improve hiring effectiveness, Building and maintaining Breega’s talent pool, identifying high-potential candidates for current and future roles within the portfolio, Mapping and recommending HR tools, service providers, and partners (legal, coaching, training, etc.) to support portfolio companies, Contributing to Breega’s HR playbook and content library (job descriptions, case studies, templates, guides, and best practices for startups), Designing and helping deliver workshops for founders, managers and HR teams. Through this role, you will develop a deep understanding of how early-stage and growth startups build teams, structure organizations, and scale their talent strategy. Your profile Minimum 6 months of HR experience needed, Excellent level of written and spoken French and fluent English. Entrepreneurial experience or in the start-up ecosystem Competencies Knowledge Ability to research and benchmark, Ability to communicate fluently in both French and English.
