QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets

Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) located in Abu Dhabi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who are fluent in Arabic. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, attract and engage talented individuals, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
