Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns defined requisitions end-to-end and partners closely with HR and recruiting leadership on more complex or critical searches. This is a highly visible, candidate-facing role that requires strong organization, professionalism, and consistent follow-through. Full-Cycle Recruiting Execution Execute full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions Participate in intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success profiles Source candidates across LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments Manage candidate pipelines and ongoing communications Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Conduct and document reference checks Support offer preparation and candidate closing efforts Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation Candidate Experience & Onsite Support Serve as a professional first point of contact for candidates Greet and host onsite interview candidates Ensure interview schedules, rooms, and logistics are prepared and executed smoothly Deliver timely follow-up and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience Employer Branding & Job Posting Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms Maintain job postings within the ATS (Paycom) Support recruiting-related social media and employer branding efforts Communicate DDI’s culture, values, and employee-owner mindset to candidates Process Discipline & Reporting Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and sourcing effectiveness Ensure recruiting processes align with company standards and compliance requirements Qualifications 3–5 years of recruiting experience Experience supporting technical, operations, and/or corporate recruiting Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong candidate-facing communication and professionalism Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Paycom, or similar) Work Environment: On-site in Scotts Valley Flexible Start Time Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scotts Valley, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
