Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. A key requirement is proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to streamline and optimize the hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilize ATS extensively to track applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate records. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. Actively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and ATS analytics to improve hiring strategies. Enhance the candidate experience through effective communication and professional engagement. Core Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role. Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of current recruitment trends and techniques. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in volume hiring or recruiting for specialized roles.
