Overview We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about shaping business success through strategic hiring. Your responsibilities will include: Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry to senior-level roles across departments Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business context Source candidates creatively using referrals, job boards, and networking Maintain a proactive pipeline and manage 8+ requisitions simultaneously Contribute to employer branding, university programs, and referral initiatives Track recruitment metrics for strategic analysis OK, I'm interested... but is this really the job for me? Other qualities you’ll need to be a fit for this role include: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR business partnering. Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across various functions or geographies. Experience recruiting for global sales roles (pre-sales, direct, channel, marketing and customer success) Familiarity with talent analytics, employer branding, and recruitment marketing. Background in consulting with senior leaders and driving hiring decisions aligned with business strategy.
