Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE AND TEAM

Due to investment and growth in our People & Culture team, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role is full-time (will consider part-time also) reporting to the Head of People & Culture Operations.
You will be a key strategic partner in the team and the business and play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment advice and end-to-end recruitment services to drive our business forward while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
While this role is based in our Sydney CBD office, at Bartier Perry we all have the opportunity to work flexibly and remotely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including creating job advertisements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, assessments, and conducting reference checks
  • Partner with leaders to identify recruitment needs and provide strategic talent acquisition advice
  • Continually improve the candidate and hiring leader experience by enhancing the process and system
  • Review and evolve the firm’s assessment and selection approach
  • Champion, promote and build on Bartier Perry’s Employee Value Proposition
  • Manage the careers inbox, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS Recruiter (Employment HERO), and SEEK
  • Work closely with the business in order to understand the roles and responsibilities, and ulitilise this information to develop effective recruiting strategies.
