QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Real Estate or Sales-focused industries.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and onboarding formalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

ROLE OVERVIEW
