Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll be part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and lead the recruitment of international Value Chain Consultants and other tech-savvy business profiles. You’ll report to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment cycle: with a focus on candidate experience and quality check on our ambitious standards, you are the guardian and driver of the full recruitment process—from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to business case testing and offer negotiation.
  • Sourcing with an edge: You’re a sourcing guru and will be uncovering international top talent where others don’t even think to look, and you connect with them on their level. You don’t just fill pipelines—you craft them with precision. You optimize your sourcing efforts, using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights to find top talent, analyse market trends, and help improve our recruitment strategies.
  • Partnering with our business leaders: Strong relationships with hiring managers will be the key to your success in fulfilling their recruitment needs. You serve as their trusted advisor for all recruitment matters.
  • Employer branding: Enhance our sparkling Employer Brand positioning Bluecrux as a top employer in the market by launching social media campaigns, setting up referral programs, and many more. #LI-JC1
