You are:
Ideally you come from agency and have experience in tech recruitment but with the desire & ability to work a diverse portfolio of roles.
You'll thrive in a supportive, high-performing and fast-paced team, have a flexible approach and be skilled in candidate sourcing & management and client relationships.
The role:
This TA Specialist role will see you acting as a genuine partner to the business where you have real & visible impact.
Your agency experience means you can context-switch easily and be able to work a diverse range of roles when required (though the focus will be tech).
The role involves not only sourcing the right talent & managing them through the process, but also building relationships with hiring managers and driving outcomes.
