Boeing Australia is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as part of the Corporate and IT & Data Analytics function.
Part of an international team, this role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, IT&DA who is based in Bangalore, India. This role is responsible for the sourcing, recruitment and selection of Corporate and IT roles across Australia and New Zealand. Our TA team is high performing, within a dynamic, ever changing business where the opportunities are endless.
This role is key to the success of our Australia-based team, setting the tone for customer service to both hiring leaders and candidates, and leading quality, accuracy and compliance within our function.
Due to the International nature of the role and business as a whole, there may be the requirement to support after hours meetings and calls, however flexibility is encouraged.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in internal recruitment
  • Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing with all levels, across a matrix style organisation
  • Promoting and building a high-performance culture through the attraction, assessment and selection of the highest calibre candidates available in the market
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques and approaches, and experience building sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
  • A demonstrated passion to deliver the highest level of customer service to hiring leads and candidates alike

Responsibilities
  • Coordination of the end to end recruitment process, including (where applicable) briefing, advertising, screening, participation in interviews, offer generation, and assist with onboarding when necessary.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand recruitment needs, and support best practice attraction, assessment, and selection activities and processes
  • Partner with the functions HR Business Partner to assist in international assignments and understand strategic hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing, including proactive sourcing of candidates, utilising existing talent pools and creative advertising strategies, events attendance and campaign management
  • Work along-side the Recruitment Coordinator to assist with onboarding contingencies
