Description Talent Acquisition Specialist ** Must have recruiting experience to be considered for the role** We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is primarily focused on full-cycle recruiting, with an opportunity to play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and driving hiring success across a multi-state property management portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for growth within a dynamic and expanding organization. Key Responsibilities Recruiting (Primary Focus – ~70–80%) Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including property-level and corporate positions Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-up Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a professional and positive candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and improve recruiting outcomes Track and manage candidate pipelines within the ATS HR & Administrative Support (~20–30%) Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-hire processes Support training scheduling and coordination with internal teams Maintain accurate tracking of recruiting activity, onboarding progress, and HR data Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and general administrative support Qualifications 3+ years of recruiting experience required (agency or in-house) Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills Excellent communication and follow-up skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment Experience with ATS/HRIS systems (Paylocity preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) What We’re Looking For A true recruiter mindset—someone who takes ownership of roles and drives results Strong sense of urgency and accountability Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers Someone who is motivated by growth and opportunity Growth Opportunity This role offers significant opportunity for advancement within the HR and Talent Acquisition function for the right candidate. #HP
