Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles. Coordinate job fairs, walk-in interviews, and community hiring events. Utilize Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) methods and structured assessments to evaluate candidates. Design and facilitate group discussion activities to assess key soft skills for mass recruitment. Work closely with store managers, area managers, and operations heads to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions. Provide regular updates and feedback on recruitment progress to business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. 1–3 years of recruitment experience, Proven experience in mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment. Knowledge of labor market trends and local blue-collar hiring channels. Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
