Description
CaseGuard is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a proactive talent partner who can attract high-performing candidates in software engineering, AI/ML, product, sales, operations, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments and understands how to build strong pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and success profiles. Create compelling job descriptions and post across relevant platforms. Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct structured phone/video interviews. Coordinate technical interviews and hiring panels. Manage offer negotiation, background checks, and onboarding handoff. Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts. Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience. Represent CaseGuard at job fairs, virtual hiring events, and industry conferences. Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience hiring for software engineering, AI/ML, SaaS, or technical roles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with a willingness to dig in, learn quickly, and proactively take ownership of work in a high paced environment. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth tech company. Familiarity with Greenhouse. Knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
