This role will be hybrid based in our Alpharetta, GA or Jacksonville, FL office. What you will Do Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies in the US and Canada. Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including intake, candidate selection, and offer processes. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns. Strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates at all levels from entry, technical, sales to professional, through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role. Manage the interview process, including coordination, interview preparation, scoring rubric, and feedback collection/debrief. Stay up to date on industry trends and labor market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. Assist with the onboarding process for exempt and non-exempt staff. Mentor and manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Requirements What We are Looking For Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting; preferably for tech or software roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools; experience implementing new applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus. Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing a plus.
