QUALIFICATIONS:

You may be wondering what we are looking for in a candidate. Qualified candidates should demonstrate:

  • One to three years talent acquisition/sourcing or similar experience and/or applicable coursework.
  • A bachelors degree (or current pursuit is preferred) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, networking, listening and presentation.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in using a wide variety of computer products including Microsoft Office products is needed.
  • Proficiency in math/ accounting and data analysis and reporting.
  • A strong attention-to-detail with a value placed on accuracy in work product.
  • Experience or knowledge of additional HR topics including accounting principles, payroll, FMLA leave standards and/or HRMS systems (specifically ADP) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
