About the role: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our growth and success. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for various roles in the company. Responsibilities Manage the hiring process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, accompanying candidates and interviewing. Creating candidates’ pipeline: sourcing, working with 3rd party and social media to ensure candidates’ pipeline. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their goals and needs. Focus on providing a great candidate experience. Managing recruitment projects, such as Linkedin parties, student fairs and referral program. Requirements At least 6-7 years of experience with technical recruitment. Recruitment experience for various Hardware positions - a must. At least 4-5 years of recruiting in-house in a tech company. Strong sourcing knowledge and experience. Creative, friendly, and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive with a can-do approach. Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written. Advantage: Global positions background. Good experience with social networks.
Responsibilities
