ROLE SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will be a strong part of our culture within the company, and build strong, long-term trust relationships with current and future team members. The position requires managing three to five critical roles simultaneously, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate relations and collaboration with hiring managers. You will work independently but also know when to engage with others for support and input. The ideal candidate has a background in recruiting within the construction industry and has successfully filled key positions such as Project Manager, Superintendent, Director, Vice President, and other vital roles. They will also be an ambassador for our unique and welcoming culture and participate in activities that give back to our communities.
