As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and take ownership of recruiting top-tier clinical talent. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or clinical recruitment preferred)
  • Strong understanding of allied health roles, especially OT, PT, and SLP
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and ATS systems
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
  • Passion for healthcare and connecting people with impactful opportunities
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists for home health positions.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Partner with clinical leadership and HR to understand staffing needs, priorities, and growth goals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active clinical candidates using various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, schools, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and assist with reporting.
  • Represent Paradigm at job fairs, networking events, and virtual outreach campaigns.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience that aligns with our mission and culture.
