Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and outgoing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team for a fulltime term position with potential for permanent employment. Job is monday to friday 8am-4pm.

Duties

• Develop and bring forward fresh and creative ideas for employment recruitment
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding, and training ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications
• Assist with candidate selections and recommendations
• Ensure documentation is accurate and complete
• Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Work closely with the team to identify staffing needs

Requirements

• A recent graduate from a recognized post-secondary program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Professional, friendly, energetic and outgoing
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Confident conducting interviews and interacting with prospective employees
• Creative and willing to explore new recruitment ideas and strategies
• Able to work independently while also being an effective team member
• Proficient with standard computer applications and administrative tasks

Pay: $3,680.00-$4,160.00 per month
