Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles
Lead proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the interview and selection process
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Support offer management, negotiation, pre-employment activities, and onboarding coordination
Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular hiring updates to key stakeholders

What You BringPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or executive search
Strong sourcing and candidate-mapping capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to recruitment
Experience within financial services, banking, investment, trading, asset management, or a similar professional environment would be an advantage
Familiarity with the UAE and Abu Dhabi / Asia / Europe talent market would be beneficial
