Your role will be key in ensuring a smooth hiring experience and matching the right talent to the right roles. What You’ll Be Doing: As one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists, you’ll assess client requirements to find the best-fit talent across finance, virtual assistants, property management, and other operational roles. You’ll manage the full end-to-end hiring process while keeping both internal management and external stakeholders updated to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment experience. Your main responsibilities Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - Drafting job descriptions, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating until the offer is accepted Managing the talent pool - Keeping potential candidates engaged and warm for future opportunities Managing improvements to the recruitment process - Ensuring candidates experience a smooth, professional, and positive hiring journey Ensuring the effective hiring of best-in-class talent - Meeting all client requirements and tailoring searches to identify and secure the right candidate fit Ensuring smooth communication - Managing all internal and external stakeholder updates regarding recruitment progress and outcomes What your profile will look like: Must Have: 3+ years of recruitment experience as a specialised Talent Acquisition Specialist in the BPO industry Must Have: Strong communication skills. Fluent written and oral English is essential. Must Have: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field, or a recognised professional qualification Must Have: Proven experience working in Global Recruitment.
