We’re on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can do more than just fill roles — we want someone who finds, excites, and engages talent to join us on our mission to reshape education. You’ll be the first dedicated hire into our People team, playing a key role in building recruitment processes that scale with us. This role starts part-time, growing into full-time within a few months

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related
2–3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of HR tech (Rippling, Workable or equivalent ATS) advantageous
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, screening platforms, etc.) in hiring workflows
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
️ Able to start part-time and grow into full-time within months
Desire to shape a fast-growing People function from the ground up
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Melbourne-based with flexibility to work from campuses or home
