We’re on the hunt for a full-time, Talent Acquisition Specialist who can do more than just fill roles — we want someone who finds, excites, and engages talent to join us on our mission to reshape education. You’ll be the first dedicated Talent Acquisition hire into our People team, playing a key role in building recruitment processes that scale with us.

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related
2–3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of HR tech (Rippling, Workable or equivalent ATS) advantageous
Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, screening platforms, etc.) in hiring workflows

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

Desire to shape a fast-growing People function from the ground up
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
Melbourne-based with flexibility to work from campuses or home
Growth mindset with a love for efficiency and problem solving
Willing to work independently while collaborating across teams

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across all functions
  • Build and automate workflows across Rippling, Workable and Monday.com
  • Craft engaging job ads, screening processes and interview guides
  • Run talent campaigns including referral programs and university partnerships
  • Coordinate and facilitate group assessment centres and info sessions
  • Ensure a great candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and hiring
  • Support hiring managers with best-practice training and coaching
  • Monitor hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Build our employer brand and champion DEI in hiring
