BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a stellar Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on contract until December 24, 2025.
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a creative agency or high-growth start-up environment
• Previous experience with Greenhouse
• Proven ability to recruit for high demand roles
• Nature that is centered around creating an exceptional candidate experience
• Exceptional attention to detail
• High energy
