Description

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset.
3+ years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare, retail, hospitality, agency recruitment, or another multi-site, high-volume environment is required.
Strong full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills is required.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills is required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, use recruitment systems and data, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences is required.
