Location: Ballerup or Aarhus
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will become part of the People Team in Denmark consisting of 6 employees. Furthermore, you will be a part of the global TA community which consists of 18 fantastic colleagues with whom you’ll share knowledge and collaborate on international positions.
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Lead, and be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. In this role, stakeholder management and project coordination are key to ensuring we attract and hire the right new colleagues to support Columbus’ continued growth and success.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Our successful Talent Acquisition Specialist brings solid in-house recruitment experience from the consultancy & tech industry. You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented and you know how to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and challenge them constructively when needed.

You have a structured and organized approach, paired with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Furthermore, you have:

  • Worked within TA or recruitment for at least 4+ years and have been responsible for the full recruitment cycle (job profiles, advertising, screening, interviews, feedback, coordination, and negotiation)
  • Demonstrated experience working with employer branding in-house initiatives
  • Full proficiency in Danish and English. You’re also open to learning a new “language,” as IT recruitment is full of acronyms
  • Previous experience with stakeholder management and advising hiring managers

  • Participating in employer branding activities to attract candidates and future-proof our position in the industry.
  • Creating and maintaining a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey from first contact to final feedback, ensuring timely communication and professionalism.Acting as an advisor to local and regional managers. Collaborating with hiring managers and advise them on candidate selection, salary, market trends, diversity and inclusion, and much more.
