POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across our Americas region, hiring for a mix of technical and non-technical roles within our B2B SaaS organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role will work closely with hiring teams to help attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Experience hiring for a mix of technical (e.g., engineering, product) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing) roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a globally distributed team.
  • Experience with ATS platforms.
  • Willingness to support hiring teams across different time zones when needed.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across various departments—engineering, product, sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and more.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and more.
  • Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedule interviews and support coordination efforts across time zones and teams.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Total Rewards, HR, and Finance to support hiring logistics, compensation alignment, and headcount tracking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives by helping craft engaging candidate communications and job postings.
  • Use recruitment metrics and feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting tools, workflows, and best practices as part of the broader Talent team.
