Job Description The Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Field) will be responsible for full cycle recruiting and drive attraction, assessment, selection, and candidate experience for our field staffing needs. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and will champion Domino’s brand, mission, and values. Compensation: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually. Final compensation is determined based on experience and internal equity. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Travel: Must be able to travel and get out to the market. TAS will be responsible for TUSA VA, MD, and NJ sites. Main responsibilities (50%) Manage Full Cycle Recruiting Process Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining candidates Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract talent Manage Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) for assigned roles Network with the appropriate talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alum associations, local or national associations, etc.) to attract qualified candidates Provide timely and appropriate feedback to candidates throughout the interview process Ensure that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures as well as local and national employment laws Work diligently to meet all recruitment metrics, including time to present, time to interview, time to fill, candidate/hiring team leader satisfaction, and diversity Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and support data-driven decision making Serve as a consultant to field hiring teams to enable hiring manager excellence, deliver training programs, and act as a trusted advisor on best practices in selection and assessment (40%) Recruitment Consulting Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers by diagnosing hiring needs, clarifying role scope, and aligning on talent profiles Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and bias mitigation to improve selection quality Train hiring managers on applicant tracking system and recruitment best practices Provide data-driven insights on labor market trends, candidate availability, competitor landscape, and hiring risks to inform workforce decisions Drive continuous improvement of the candidate experience and hiring team effectiveness Act as a change agent by influencing hiring behaviors, elevating hiring manager capability, and reinforcing Domino’s employer brand standards (10%) Special Projects Participate in special projects as needed (i.e., EVP, HR Tech enhancements, automations and AI in the recruiting funnel) Qualifications 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or related experience Ability to coach and influence across a spectrum of stakeholders Consultative client-service mindset Problem-solving and continuous improvement focus Project Management skills People connector + customer service skills (internal and external) Self-starter with a positive attitude Effective communication skills Additional Information At Domino's, we are a brand of honesty, transparency and accountability and we want exceptional people like you to join our team!
