Job Description Specialist, Talent Acquisition The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Domino’s World Resource Center (WRC) will manage full cycle recruiting for corporate staffing needs, driving attraction, assessment, selection, and exceptional candidate experience. This fast-paced role demands the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates while championing Domino’s brand, mission, and values.​ Key Responsibilities 90% Full Cycle Recruiting Manage end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, closing, and pipelining—prioritizing rapid candidate outreach via phone/email without hesitation to meet aggressive timelines.​ Develop creative sourcing strategies and network in talent communities (LinkedIn, job boards, schools, alumni associations, etc.) to attract top talent. Expertly manage SmartRecruiters ATS with zero administrative errors, ensuring 100% data accuracy, compliance with company policies, local/national laws, and precise metrics tracking (time to present, interview, fill; satisfaction; diversity). Deliver timely, professional feedback to candidates and analyze metrics for process insights and data-driven decisions. Consult with hiring teams on best practices, delivering training for selection excellence.​ 10% Special Projects Participate in EVP, HR tech enhancements, automations, and AI in recruiting as needed.​ Qualifications 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (agency recruiting a plus). Outstanding communication skills: clear, persuasive verbal/written interactions with diverse stakeholders, candidates, and teams—no room for misunderstandings. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, making high-volume candidate calls confidently and efficiently.​ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.​ Ability to coach/influence stakeholders; consultative mindset; problem-solving/continuous improvement focus. Project management, self-starter with positive attitude, and strong internal/external customer service. Work Arrangement Monday–Thursday onsite at the Domino’s World Resource Center.
