Description

Partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to define recruitment requirements and develop engaging job descriptions.
Identifying the most effective recruitment channels and proactively sourcing and approaching candidates.
Managing candidate attraction, advertising, sourcing, managing job boards, CV screening, telephone interviews and competency-based interviews.
Presenting high-quality candidates and advising stakeholders throughout the selection process.
Coordinating the full recruitment process through to offer and onboarding.
Supporting employment offer and contract negotiations.
Maintaining clear and regular communication with candidates to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Advising the business on recruitment activity, market conditions and talent availability.
Contributing to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes and methodologies.
Supporting the organisation's employer brand and position within the wider talent market.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter or talent acquisition professional who is confident operating independently and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
