We are looking for a TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to join our team at Oinofyta and Τhiva Plants, Viotia Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, job description, ad posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers Execute targeted sourcing market mapping, and proactive outreach Support employer-branding and outreach activities for talent attraction Manage HRMS to create job requisitions, post jobs, track pipelines and generate reports Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, documentation, and onboarding Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs Monitor TA KPIs (timetofill, sourceofhire, offer acceptance rate, candidate NPS) and present insights Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field; postgraduate HR studies are a plus 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in industrial / manufacturing environments Proficiency with HRMS platforms (ideally SuccessFactors) and recruitment tools (e.g., Recruiter) Excellent communication skills in Greek and English Employer Branding campaign experience and university/industry partnerships Skills Stakeholder management and collaboration Strong organization, prioritization, and datadriven mindset Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines Benefits Competitive remuneration package Private health insurance plan for employees and family members Daily meal at company facilities Vouchers for purchases from supermarkets Company bus service to/from selected areas (Evia, Viotia, Attica) Continuous learning and development opportunities Our people are the key to our success.
