Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for providing advice, support and guidance to hiring managers on strategies and insights on recruitment while contributing to the recruitment cycle.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Manage and deliver end-to-end recruitment, including developing job-based recruitment strategies/ campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment and placement requirements.
  • Improve the quality and time to hire through innovation and refinement of processes in line with changing workforce needs.
  • Manage all stages of the process including job briefs, shortlisting, telephone screening, booking interviews and responding in a timely manner to both stakeholders and candidates.
  • Proactively source candidates using various sources such as job boards, networking events/ career expos and talent pools.
  • Maintain systems and databases for transparent communication and reporting.
