Role Overview The Senior Recruiter is responsible for managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment. This role requires a highly organised and execution-focused individual who can balance fast-paced hiring demands with reliable office operations, and act as a key support partner to hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment (High Volume) Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring (e.g. sales, operations, frontline or support roles). Drive sourcing through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, agencies, and direct outreach. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews efficiently to meet aggressive hiring timelines. Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements, manage expectations, and drive hiring decisions. Track recruitment pipelines, conversion rates, and hiring progress; provide regular updates and reports. Coordinate offers, documentation, and onboarding processes to ensure smooth candidate experience. Support bulk hiring initiatives, hiring sprints, and urgent manpower requirements. Support onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g. workspace setup, access coordination). 6+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition, with proven high-volume hiring experience. Strong experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Required Experience & Qualifications Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience hiring sales, operations, or frontline roles. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. Comfortable operating in a growth-stage or fast-changing environment.
