As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) , you are responsible for the entire recruiting process and ensure an excellent candidate experience – from needs assessment to contract signing. You are the main point of contact for hiring managers and HR business partners.

The position is initially limited to 6 months, with the subsequent option of extension/permanent employment.

What you achieve

• Managing the entire recruiting process from needs assessment to contract signing.
• Conducting interviews and structured selection processes (by telephone, virtually or on-site)
• Active sourcing and targeted direct approach of candidates for selected positions
• Close coordination with hiring managers and HR business partners regarding requirements, selection, and decisions.
• Support and guidance in recruiting for specialist and, if applicable, training positions.

This is what you bring with you

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a comparable qualification
• Experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Safety in conducting interviews and selection processes
• Experience in active sourcing and candidate outreach
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
