Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Utilise recruitment systems like Workday or JobAdder to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Champion our employer brand by delivering a professional, engaging, and seamless candidate experience.
  • Proactively source top talent, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Optionally contribute to Workday and JobAdder project implementation, bringing valuable insights and expertise to these initiatives.
