ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (d/w/m) for our office in Aschheim /Munich. As part of our great German HR Team you will lead the full talent acquisition process and help our teams to grow with the right talents.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, offers) for your positions delivering an excellent candidate experience in every stage.
• Contribute to building a talent pipeline by using social media and other tools for proactively approaching candidates .
• Support in building a diverse company with an amazing culture by finding the right and best talents for our teams
• Build trusted relationships with the business and act as Sparring Partner for your Hiring Managers.
• Contribute to continuously improve our recruiting processes internally and externally and find new ways to attract candidates.
• Act as an ambassador for Essity’s vision and values .
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and use relevant recruiting KPIs and reportings to understand the company needs.
• Be part of employer attractiveness projects.
