Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for all positions within the organization—including design, sales, account management, project management, fabrication, logistics, and support roles. This individual will develop proactive sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition; experience in creative, event, tradeshow or manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing best practices.
  • Familiarity with positions across design, production, logistics, sales, and operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize competing demands.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver with a passion for connecting people to opportunities.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications beyond the résumé—evaluating cultural fit, communication style, and potential.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices, with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific recruitment strategies.
  • Write and post compelling job descriptions that reflect ET Global’s brand and culture to reach multiple platforms.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, school career fairs, and other creative channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment with company culture and values.
  • Manage the interview and selection process, scheduling interviews and collecting feedback.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Promote employer brand through social media, career fairs, industry events, and partnerships with trade schools or associations.
  • Track metrics related to time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness; provide regular updates to leadership.
  • Support onboarding coordination and handoff to HR or hiring managers.
  • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
